Lab retriever mix, 32lbs, estimated birthday: 3/26/2022. Cotton came to us from a difficult hoarding situation where she did not receive the care she deserved. She arrived underweight, but with good food, patience, and kindness, she is slowly gaining strength and confidence every day. This sweet soul can be a little shy when you first meet her, and that's okay. The world is still a big, new place for Cotton, and she is looking for someone who understands that trust takes time. But when she starts to feel safe, you'll see it—the soft eyes, the quiet tail wags, the gentle presence that just wants to be near you. Cotton will show you just how beautiful it is to earn the love of a once-shy dog, and there's nothing sweeter than that 🤍.

Cotton Ball is located in Houston, TX. Transport is included in the adoption fee and may vary to include pickup locations in nearby towns or states. We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas. These are ground transports using third-party vehicles converted for dog transport. You will be able to track the van using the Life360 app and receive updates from transport.
