Meaty

Meaty is a handsome Catahoula Leopard Dog mix, approximately 2 years old and weighing in at a solid 80lbs. He's the sweetest boy with a big heart and an even bigger personality! Meaty is incredibly smart and eager to please, making him a joy to have around. He listens very well and has already shown just how quickly he can learn. Meaty loves toys of all kinds, but his absolute favorites are squeaky toys and balls. Whether he’s chasing, chewing, or squeaking away, he could play and play all day! After playtime, he’s happiest soaking up love and pets from his people. This fun-loving boy also enjoys water—he had the best time splashing around at the creek! He hasn’t indulged in the pool yet, but with how curious and playful he is, it wouldn’t be a surprise if he decides to give it a try soon. He’s also a champ when it comes to bath time—no fuss, just another chance to get attention and enjoy himself.

Ideal Home

Meaty would thrive in a home that can keep up with his playful energy and appreciate his big personality. He's been noted as good with children under 8 and other dogs, and enjoys splashing around in water.

Meaty is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

On walks, Meaty is still learning his leash manners. He can be a little strong, but he has already made so much progress in a short time and continues to improve every day. He is also house-trained.
