Amaya

Amaya is a sweet 1-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix who weighs about 60 pounds. She was found as a stray and brought to a rural shelter, but thankfully, our organization was able to rescue her and place her with a loving foster family. Amaya has been a wonderful dog, and we're confident she'll bring immense joy to her forever home. She has a laid-back personality, enjoys walks, and isn't a high-energy pup.

Ideal Home

Amaya has proven to be very sweet and gentle with children as young as 7 years old. She is also cat-friendly and gets along great with the feline in her foster home, as well as with every dog she meets.

Ongoing Health

Amaya is spayed, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. She is microchipped, heartworm negative, and current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Amaya is house trained and leash trained, making her a well-behaved companion right from the start.
