BASIL

Meet Basil! Basil is a handsome pup who will undoubtedly become a cherished member of your family. He's incredibly smart and has already mastered many commands, including sit, down, come, place, stay, heel, and off. He's also working on "release" and does well with "leave it." Basil is a pro at crate training and potty training, sleeping soundly through the night in his crate without any issues.

Ideal Home

Basil adores other dogs and is currently thriving with a canine companion in his foster home. While he's learning to respect other dogs' social cues during play, continued reinforcement will be beneficial. Due to his very high prey drive, especially towards rabbits, squirrels, and birds, Basil would not be a good fit for a home with small animals.

Ongoing Health

Basil is up-to-date on all vaccinations, has been neutered, and is microchipped. He is also on preventative medications.

Training & Support

Basil is already professionally trained and has excellent crate and potty manners. His continued success with respecting other dogs' social cues will require ongoing attention.
