Meet Dozer, a sweet and independent 9-week-old puppy with a personality as charming as his name! Dozer loves to play with his siblings and has plenty of puppy energy, but he's also happy to entertain himself. His laid-back nature makes him a great fit for a moderate to lower-energy home. He's curious, playful, and gets along well with children and other puppies. Dozer would likely enjoy having a canine companion in his new home.
Ideal Home
Dozer would thrive in a home that appreciates his relaxed style, possibly with older children. A home where someone is present for more than 4 hours a day is essential, as puppies this young need company and cannot be crated for extended periods. If you work outside the home, please explain who will be available to spend time with Dozer during your absence.
Ongoing Health
Dozer is a young puppy and will require ongoing veterinary care as he grows. Puppies under 6 months are adopted on a spay/neuter contract, and adopters are responsible for ensuring they are altered when age-appropriate. A portion of your adoption donation will be refunded after proof of spay/neuter is provided.
Training & Support
Like all puppies, Dozer is still learning. He is working on potty training and stays in a puppy pen when unsupervised. He will need a committed family to guide him through house-training and teach him all the basic commands as he matures.
