Clementine is a four-pound bundle of confidence, leadership skills, and deeply unnecessary bravery, built like a tiny woodland creature but carrying herself like the assistant manager of a fancy restaurant. She's a shepherd/beagle mix who's always the first to volunteer for anything – meeting new people, exploring new dogs, or inspecting new environments. Clementine has never considered the possibility that the world might not revolve around her, and honestly, it's working out beautifully for her!
She's social, outgoing, affectionate, and just the right amount of bossy to be hilarious. Imagine a tiny kindergarten teacher keeping the litter organized, saying things like, "Okay everybody settle down. We are chasing THIS leaf now." Her mama is a beagle mix around 35-40 pounds, and Clementine seems to have inherited the best of both beagle charm and retriever-like friendliness. She's playful without being overwhelming, confident without being difficult, and incredibly people-oriented, genuinely loving to be involved in whatever's happening.
Clementine adores other dogs and would ideally go to a home with another canine companion, as this litter truly thrives with company. She seems like the type to appoint herself the assistant cruise director of the household pack. She's also wonderful with children, friendly with strangers, and has been exposed to cats without issue, making her one of those naturally adaptable puppies that fits into life almost immediately. She has an unbelievably funny, serious little face sometimes, as if she's carrying the operational responsibility for the entire household despite weighing less than a bag of flour. Her current responsibilities include naps, wrestling with siblings, and investigating whether sticks are edible.
Ideal Home
Clementine is wonderful with children and friendly with strangers. She has been exposed to cats without issue. We recommend homes with children 10 years and over to ensure the best fit for both the pets and families involved. She would also love a home with another dog.
