Mogwai

Meet Mogwai, a resilient and loving male medium mixed breed pup born on July 3, 2024. Mogwai is a survivor, having overcome parvo along with only four of his siblings from a litter of seven. Now, he's ready to embark on his next adventure, bringing his curious, playful, and affectionate nature to a loving home. He's a bright spark, eager to learn and possesses a sweet, smart disposition. Mogwai is described as a 100% sweetheart, though he can be a bit shy and sensitive. He's already making great progress in his foster home, being crate trained and mostly potty trained, but like all puppies, he'll need continued guidance and patience as he settles into his forever home.

Ideal Home

Mogwai would thrive in a calm and structured environment with clear expectations. We will give preference to a home with a fully fenced yard, and would prefer a home with children over age 5. Mogwai can be timid around men, mobility devices, and chaotic environments, so a quieter household will help him feel most secure.

Ongoing Health

Mogwai is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. As a parvo survivor, he has overcome significant health challenges and is now ready for a healthy and happy life.

Training & Support

Mogwai is crate trained and mostly potty trained in his foster home. He's an eager and smart learner, but will need ongoing support and consistency to fully master house training and adjust to his new surroundings. His sensitivity means positive reinforcement and patience will be key to his continued development.
