Meet Joshua Mankowski. Joshua Mankowski is from Minnesota and has two Pembroke Welsh Corgi that surprised him with a litter of puppies. The puppies have been living in a loving home with their litter mates and parents. There is also a cat who has been very indifferent towards the Puppies, he isn't nearly as interested in them as they are with him. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders.
