Benji is a sweet little guy with a gentle soul. He can be a bit shy when meeting new people, but with a little patience, his loving personality quickly shines through. Before coming to the rescue, Benji lived life outdoors and had some hair loss, but now he’s on the mend—his scruffy coat is growing back in, and it just adds to his charm! He’s currently learning all the good stuff about being a spoiled house pup, like potty training, walking on a leash, and discovering how amazing cozy beds and fun toys can be. If you have a soft spot for scruffy, adorable boys and a heart for helping a pup continue to blossom, Benji is ready to find his forever home and be your loyal little companion.

Benji would do well in a home that can offer him patience as he adjusts to new people.

Ongoing Health

Benji experienced some hair loss due to living outdoors, but he is now on the mend and his coat is growing back in.

Training & Support

Benji is currently learning house manners, including potty training and leash walking. He is also discovering the joys of cozy beds and fun toys.
