Belle is a truly special girl, rescued off the streets of Houston, TX with her mom and siblings during a freeze. Now in a loving foster home, this 53-pound sweetheart will turn one year old on January 6, 2026. Belle is the total package, embodying the perfect blend of playful energy and affectionate cuddles. She enjoys romping with other dogs but also loves nothing more than snuggling up on the couch. Her foster mom describes her as a sweetheart who loves her humans and sleeps soundly through the night, making her an ideal companion. Whether you're looking for a jogging partner or a Netflix buddy, Belle is ready to join you. She's also great in the car and greets everyone with wagging tails and kisses, showing her loving nature to all she meets.
Ideal Home
Belle would thrive in a home that can provide both opportunities for play and plenty of cuddle time. While she's great with people of all ages, she is not a fan of small dogs and has shown food aggression towards the small dog in her current foster home. This behavior has never been directed towards people or children.
Ongoing Health
Belle is fully vaccinated and microchipped.
Training & Support
Belle is fully potty trained and crate trained, happily settling into her crate when her foster family is away. She walks calmly on leash and enjoys car rides. Her only known behavioral concern is food aggression specifically towards small dogs.
