T'Challa

T'Challa is a playful and energetic boy who loves to engage with his toys. He's a social butterfly with people, readily approaching for pets and attention. While he enjoys exploring on his own at the shelter, he's expected to blossom and become more comfortable in a home environment with time to adjust. T'Challa knows "sit" and is highly motivated by treats!

Ideal Home

T'Challa has lived with teenagers and would thrive in a mature home where all family members are old enough to help him build his confidence. Young, noisy, or overly active children may be too much for him. He has enjoyed dog playgroups, wrestling, and playing chase, generally getting along well with other dogs and respecting their cues. He may take some time to warm up to new canine companions and might prefer a more relaxed, low-key friend. Slow introductions are recommended for him to feel most comfortable with new dogs.

Ongoing Health

T'Challa has been neutered, microchipped, and is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations.

Training & Support

T'Challa was previously crate-trained and mostly potty trained, though occasional accidents may occur. He'll benefit from a home that can continue to support his confidence-building efforts.
