Meet Celeste, a tiny survivor with a big heart, looking for a patient and loving forever home. This 1-year-old female Chihuahua, weighing in at 8 lbs, is a testament to resilience. She came to us from a difficult hoarding situation in Texas, but she's making incredible progress every single day. Celeste may start out a little cautious around new people, but once she feels safe and loved, she transforms into the snuggliest lap dog you could ever dream of! Her favorite place is right by her human's side, and she absolutely adores being doted on. Her sweet little face and adorable "smile" are sure to bring joy to her forever family every day.

Ideal Home

Celeste thrives in a quiet and patient environment where she can continue to blossom. She takes comfort in the presence of other dogs, so a home with at least one canine sibling would be ideal. Because sudden movements and loud noises can still startle her, a home without small children would be best.

Celeste is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Celeste is house-trained. While she's gaining confidence, she still takes comfort in following other dogs' leads. As her confidence grows, she's beginning to explore more on her own, whether it's cuddling with her doggie friends or quietly observing her surroundings.
