Meet Cady, a smart, sweet, and sporty Dutch Shepherd mix! Cady is an adult female who loves long, sniffy walks and can even keep up on a run. She also enjoys playing with toys and having fun in the yard. Cady is a bit cautious with new people and strangers, but with a little time and a cozy spot, her loving personality truly shines.

Ideal Home

Cady would thrive in a quieter, lower-traffic home where she can build confidence. She would do best in an adult-only home as she was previously worried by interactions with children. She has no experience living with another dog, but may do well with a well-matched canine companion after a slow introduction. Cady is not a fan of cats, so a cat-free home is a must.

Ongoing Health

Cady is spayed and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Cady is still working on her leash manners but is very food-motivated and is making great progress with positive reinforcement training.

Transportation

Cady is located at MSPCA Cape Cod Animal Care and Adoption Center in Centerville, MA. Transport may be available to approved adopters.
