Toffee is a delightful 9-month-old, 40-pound mixed breed, with soulful eyes and a heart full of love. We suspect she might be a Vizsla mix. Toffee is a happy, playful, and affectionate companion who enjoys energetic play sessions with other dogs, followed by heartwarming cuddle time. She's already house and crate trained and gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats. Toffee truly blossoms in a stable home environment with a predictable routine. While she was initially a bit timid in new situations, she's made incredible progress with gentle encouragement and patience, and her confidence continues to grow as she discovers the joys of the world around her.
Ideal Home
Toffee would thrive in a home with a confident, well-adjusted adult dog who can be a positive role model. Her ideal family will be patient and understanding, committed to helping her continue building her confidence. A home with children aged 10 and up who are dog-savvy would be wonderful. Toffee would prefer a home without an infant or toddler, and unfortunately, she is not comfortable around small dogs or puppies.
Ongoing Health
Toffee is a healthy pup. She does experience some drooling during car rides, but it's temporary and she recovers quickly upon arrival.
Training & Support
Toffee is house and crate trained. She has made significant progress with her fear of car rides, now willingly hopping in, understanding that it leads to adventures. Continued positive reinforcement and patience will be key to her ongoing development.
