Chanel Belle is a 4-year-old, 58lb pittie/boxer mix who absolutely adores people! She's the perfect snuggle buddy for lazy Sundays, a happy helper around the house, and will greet every person she meets with a full-body wiggle and a happy tail wag. While her exact breed and age are a mystery, her cute underbite hints at some boxer or bully breed in her lineage. She's dog-friendly and enjoys the company of calm, mellow dogs who appreciate a polite introduction. Once comfortable, she loves a good game of chase! Chanel is also happy to be a solo pup, as she has more than enough love to give. She would do best in a home without cats.
Ideal Home
Chanel would thrive in a semi-active home with a family who enjoys walks and is looking for a super affectionate companion. She'd be a fantastic greeter for guests and is happy to relax with you when you're not feeling social. A backyard would be a bonus for her to stretch her legs and enjoy the sunshine. She is likely a great family dog, and we can test her with children of various ages.
Ongoing Health
Chanel is up-to-date on all vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention. She has been spayed and microchipped.
Training & Support
Chanel is eager to learn and already knows basic commands like "sit." She has a good foundation for "sit pretty" and is responsive to corrections. She walks well on a leash with occasional pulling and is house-trained and crate-trained. Her only request is couch snuggles!

Transporation
Chanel is currently located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions across the US through our own internal transport, traveling to WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, and Canada. Canadian adopters will need to pick up in Bellingham, WA or Brattleboro, VT. Our USDA licensed vehicles provide 24/7 care during transport.
