Meet January, a 47-pound Lab mix who is ready to be your new best friend! This handsome boy is a perfect blend of sweet and spunky, with a sleek black coat and darling brown highlights. January is a true "velcro dog," always happy to be by your side, but he also knows how to relax and is a professional nap enthusiast. He loves adventures, whether it's exploring the backyard or just hanging out with you on the couch. January is a smart cookie, eager to please, and a joy to have around. He's already a star in his foster home and is learning to be a polite house guest and a brave traveler, enjoying car rides with curiosity.
Ideal Home
January would thrive in a home that appreciates both his energetic side and his love for downtime. He's compact and has a great "off switch," so he could be happy in an apartment or a house with a yard. He just needs a comfy spot to call his own and a human who doesn't mind a little furry supervision in the kitchen or on the couch.
Ongoing Health
January is a healthy boy and has no known health conditions. He has received all age-appropriate vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and has been spayed/neutered.
Training & Support
January is eager to please and is already well on his way to being a polite house guest and a brave traveler. He is social and playful with other dogs, doing best with a canine companion who has a similar "play hard, nap harder" energy level. He is also a gentle soul with cats and truly thrives in their company, making him an ideal addition to a multi-cat household.
