Meet Bailey!

While her breed is listed as Irish Wolfhound, we suspect she's a rare rustic French herding dog, or perhaps a miniature Irish Wolfhound! Bailey is a truly special girl with a lively, intelligent, and sensitive personality. She can be a little reserved and shy with new people, but with slow introductions and a bit of patience, her sweet and loving nature shines through. Once she bonds with you, she's a devoted companion, happy to join you on adventures or snuggle up at home. Bailey is also a smart cookie who responds well to training, though she does have a bit of a stubborn streak. She's energetic, hard-working, alert, loyal, and wonderfully sweet-tempered.

Ideal Home

Bailey would love a home where she can be your constant companion and not left alone for extended periods. She needs a securely leashed environment when outdoors as she's a skilled climber of fences. She is dog selective and would prefer to be the sole canine companion, though she may be willing to share with the right dog.

Ongoing Health

Bailey is up-to-date on her vaccines and is microchipped. She has also been spayed.

Training & Support

Bailey is working on her leash manners and would benefit from continued training commitment. She's also a bit shy with new people, so slow introductions are key to helping her build confidence. Plenty of exercise will help her personality blossom!
