Meet Kanye! This intelligent Husky/Australian Shepherd mix is a master of tricks, even knowing how to jump through a hula hoop! Kanye is a quick learner and picks up on direction with ease. Beyond his smarts, he's a total lovebug, eagerly awaiting the loyal companionship of his forever person. He thrives on outdoor adventures like running through fields and enjoys car rides. Kanye also loves meeting new people during his outings and gets along wonderfully with other dogs, being gentle even with smaller pups.

Kanye would be the perfect companion for someone without cats, as he becomes uncomfortable around them.

Ongoing Health

The hot climate in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, has been challenging for Kanye. While his rescuers do their best to keep him comfortable with a fan, daily brushing, and water play, he is only truly himself and happy for about six months of the year. He's hoping for a home in a cooler climate where he won't suffer through hot summers.

Kanye is a well-behaved and intelligent dog. His quick learning ability means he'd likely pick up any new training with ease.

Transportation

Kanye is currently in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. He can be transported to loving homes in Canada and the United States with the help of a volunteer flight angel. The adoption fee covers all travel expenses, including flight costs, health certificates, flea and tick treatment, and kennel fees.
