Poppy

Poppy is a sweet and gentle 4-year-old, 70 lb girl. She might be a little shy when you first meet her, but she warms up quickly, especially if treats are involved! Poppy is a smart and eager learner who would love a home that enjoys training and teaching new things. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs of all sizes.

Poppy came to us as a mama dog who beautifully raised her litter of 8 puppies. Now that her puppies have all grown up and found their forever homes, it's finally her turn to be someone's cherished baby. She's waited patiently for her happy ending!

Ideal Home

Poppy does best in a home without cats or small critters. She also prefers a home without young children, but she is comfortable with respectful older kids and teens. Poppy would be happy in a house, apartment, or even a ranch setting, as long as there are no livestock.

Ongoing Health

Poppy is spayed and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Poppy is not a big barker and does not struggle with separation anxiety. She isn't a big fan of car rides, but with some patience and positive reinforcement, she may warm up to them.
