Sharpee is a 4-year-old Shar-Pei with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Weighing in at 35 lbs, this handsome guy is full of zest—exuberant, silly, and always ready to make you smile. He’s incredibly affectionate and loves nothing more than cuddling up with his people after a fun play session. Sharpee was owner surrendered through no fault of his own and is now ready for a fresh start with a loving family. Ideal Home

Sharpee is great with all people and other dogs and has a friendly, playful nature that makes him a joy to be around.

Ongoing Health

Sharpee has been treated for heartworms and is now NEGATIVE. He is fully vaccinated and neutered.

Training & Support

He’s mostly house trained, though he may occasionally mark to cover another dog’s scent—something that typically improves with consistency and routine.

Transportation

Sharpee is located in McAllen, Texas, but can be transported to your area with a completed adoption. Transport is available to the East Coast, mainly serving the NJ, NY, PA, and CT areas. There are no meet and greets. Drop-off locations for MA, NH, and ME are in Brattleboro, Vermont, or Rhode Island. Other set drop-off locations include Philadelphia, PA; Ridgefield, NJ; Brewster, NY; several cities in Connecticut; Maryland, and VA.
