Meet Poppy, a sweet and gentle American Staffy mix with an estimated birthday of May 6, 2022. Weighing in at 56lbs, Poppy is a beautiful girl with soulful eyes that convey a deep sense of gratitude for love and safety. She was found with her puppies in a tough situation and faced a grim future at an overcrowded shelter, but thankfully, she was given a second chance and is now ready to find her forever home. Poppy is calm, affectionate, and enjoys simply being close to her people.

Poppy would thrive in a home where she can continue to feel safe and loved. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would likely enjoy the company of canine companions. She is also good with children and would make a loving addition to a family.

Training & Support

Poppy has wonderful manners and a peaceful personality. She plays gently with her toys and is not destructive. She enjoys exploring on walks and takes treats politely. Poppy is kennel and potty trained. She is eligible to receive 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days of adoption.
