Meet Barry White!
Barry is a 7-month-old bundle of joy, a delightful mix of Pit Bull and Lab (our best guess!), who effortlessly embodies cool, cuddly, and goofy all at once. With his soulful puppy eyes, an infectious smile, and ears that have a mind of their own, Barry is a master of melting hearts. He approaches every interaction with an abundance of love, ready to shower you with kisses and fill your life with smiles. He adores being close to his people, whether it's leaning in for a gentle snuggle, climbing into a lap, or simply gazing up at you with pure adoration. While he's a world-class cuddle bug, Barry also has a playful puppy side that bursts out in joyful zoomies, toy-munching sessions, and playful tussles with doggy friends. He’s the perfect blend of affectionate and playful, relaxed enough for couch cuddles and active enough for adventures.
Ideal Home
Barry would do well as the center of attention in a home of his own or with another friendly, dog-savvy dog. He has also shown sweet and respectful behavior towards cats, making him a potential companion for dog-savvy felines with proper introductions. He has been incredibly loving, gentle, and respectful around teenagers.
Ongoing Health
Barry is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable. He has also been heartworm tested.
Training & Support
Barry is still learning polite leash walking, as he often finds more interesting things in life than a straight walk. Fortunately, he is young, eager to learn, and highly food motivated, making him a prime candidate for continued training and skill-building.

Transporation
Barry is located in Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our USDA-certified transport system, which includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick-up available in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
