She's sweet, cuddly, and loving, and she'll definitely let you know when she's craving some extra affection. Penelope is great with other dogs and absolutely loves to play. This solid 70-pound girl is the perfect size for some cozy lap time and a little bit of playful smooshing. She's ready for her forever home, and she's eager to know if you're ready for her!
