Chevy Levee (Benefactor Puppy)

Chevy Levee is a spirited survivor, born on 11-18-25. He's a Maltese/Yorkipoo mix who is high-energy and always on the go, much like his momma, Feebie. Chevy is a master of pee pad use for potty breaks but is still working on his aim for number twos. He's very bonded to his mom and would do best as the only dog in his new home.

Ideal Home

Chevy would thrive in a home where he can explore and play. He prefers to be the only dog.

Chevy Levee is fully vetted, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered.

Training & Support

Chevy is still mastering his aim for number twos when using his pee pads. He is deeply bonded to his mom and would prefer to be the only dog.

• Other info will be discussed in detail with the foster during the application review process.
• Due to the high volume of introductions/questions received, we ask you to submit an application. That application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue.
• The adoption fee covers age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet.
• All dogs in our care are also kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention.

Transportation

Take Paws Rescue is based in New Orleans and saves dogs from high-kill shelters across the South, owner surrenders, and discarded dogs with uncertain futures. All of our animals live in foster homes where they are socialized and well cared for.
