Ranger *Adopt or Foster*

Ranger is a handsome hound mix, estimated to be around 2-3 years old and weighing about 55 pounds, though he could use a few more pounds to reach his ideal weight. He came to us from a shelter in North Carolina where dogs are at risk of euthanasia if they stay too long. Ranger deserves a chance at a happy and loving life, and we're so glad he's now part of our family!

Ideal Home

Ranger would benefit greatly from a foster home, especially as he begins his heartworm treatment.

Ongoing Health

Ranger is heartworm positive and is scheduled to begin treatment with our veterinarian soon. He will need a quiet and comfortable environment during his recovery.

Training & Support

Ranger is new to us, and we are still learning about his specific needs and behaviors. We are eager to find a foster home that can help him feel secure and supported as he undergoes treatment and adjusts to a new environment.
