Buck *Excellent, easy dog!*

Buck is a sweet CoonHound (or Hound) who was scheduled for euthanasia at a small rural pound in Southeastern Kentucky. This loving boy is a "chill, cool dog," mellow and quiet for a Hound. He's described as stoic, with occasional glimpses of emotion. Buck likely lived outside and was found wandering, but he's been accident-free in the house and understands routines. He crates well and is content to relax nearby while you work.

Ideal Home

If you love Hounds but prefer a more mellow companion, Buck could be your perfect match! He is good with other dogs and appears to be okay with cats.

Ongoing Health

Buck is fully vetted appropriate for his age, including being neutered, vaccinated for rabies and DHPP, tested for heartworm and tick-borne diseases (4DX), microchipped with lifetime registration, dewormed, and is on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Buck has shown no accidents in the house and understands routines. He crates well and enjoys relaxing near his people.
