Mora

Mora is a truly special girl who embodies the best of both worlds – a gentle soul with a protective spirit. When she first arrived, she was a bit shy, but with kindness and patience, she's blossomed into a friendly and loving companion. Born around December 2020, Mora is wonderfully calm at home and has a sweet nature. She possesses a natural protective instinct, making her feel like your very own fluffy guardian. She adores her walks and is a dream on the leash. Mora gets along well with other dogs but would also be content as an only dog, enjoying all the attention. She's incredibly food-motivated, making training a rewarding experience. While she may be cautious of new people initially, a polite introduction will quickly reveal her affectionate and snuggly side. Mora is a beautiful dog with a wonderful smile, a hidden gem ready to be discovered.

Ideal Home

Mora would thrive in a home that appreciates her gentle nature and her protective instincts. She is good with other dogs but could also be very happy as the sole canine companion.

Ongoing Health

All necessary medical care, including spaying, distemper/parvo vaccines, flea preventative, and deworming, has been provided.

Training & Support

Mora is food-motivated, which can be a great asset for training. It’s recommended to introduce new people to her slowly and politely to help her feel comfortable.

Transporation

Mora is currently located with Great Pyrenees Rescue Society (GPRS). Monthly transports are available to various regions, with specific fees for the Northeast ($200), Northwest and Midwest ($225-$350), and Southeast ($250-$350). Adopters outside of Texas will be responsible for transport costs.
