Fergie's story is one of hope and second chances; she was once at risk of euthanasia but was rescued by a kind foster, giving her the opportunity to find the loving family she truly deserves.

This sweet girl has an absolutely charming personality. She adores her stuffed animals, happily tossing them around or proudly carrying them like precious treasures. When playtime is over, Fergie transforms into a devoted cuddle bug, loving to sleep near her person and snuggling close for a peaceful night. As a husky, Fergie cherishes outdoor time and soaking up the fresh air. She gets particularly excited for mealtime and has learned the sound of the treat jar well, so expect an enthusiastic happy dance when snacks are offered! Fergie has been around both dogs and cats and has shown no signs of aggression, making her a great candidate for a multi-pet household with proper introductions.

Ideal Home

Fergie thrives on love, connection, and companionship. She would do best with a family familiar with the husky breed who can provide her with a securely fenced yard to safely expend her energy. She prefers to be close to her people and is not a fan of crates.

Fergie is vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Fergie is potty trained. She has shown no signs of aggression around dogs and cats. Her experience with children is unknown, but it is likely she would be good with them.

Transporation

Fergie is located in Houston, TX. Transportation is included in the adoption fee and may include pickup locations in nearby towns or states. We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas to your state or a neighboring state. These are ground transports using third-party vehicles (vans/buses) converted for dog transport. Each adopter can track the van using the Life360 app and will receive updates from transport along the way. Facebook chats are also available for tracking updates.
