Psychedelic Rock Gecko

Meet Rock Gecko, a handsome six-month-old mixed pup with a cool name to match his looks! He's part of our special Gecko family, known for their striking white and brown markings, and he sports a naturally docked tail. Rock Gecko can be a little shy at first, taking about ten minutes to warm up, but once he does, you'll discover a dog who is affectionate, loyal, and full of heart. He's making great progress with his house training and loves joining the "pack" for outdoor adventures. We're patiently working with him on leash manners, as the leash can be a bit intimidating right now, but with trust and gentle encouragement, he's learning quickly.

Ideal Home

Rock Gecko would thrive in a home with another dog friend. He has not been exposed to small children, cats, or livestock, so a home without these would be best. He's looking for a loving environment that embraces his gentle spirit and helps him continue to build his confidence.

Ongoing Health

Rock Gecko is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations including DHPP and kennel cough, as well as his one-year rabies shot. He is also heartworm negative.

Training & Support

Rock Gecko is doing well with house training and enjoys going outside. He is still learning leash manners and can be a little nervous about the leash, but with patience and trust, he's improving.

Transporation

Rock Gecko is located in Redding. We frequently facilitate adoptions for families outside of town, but animals must be picked up in Redding. We do not ship animals.
