Meet Peter! He's a gentle, thoughtful 2.5-year-old pup who weighs around 21 pounds. Peter is a quiet observer who prefers to take his time getting to know new people. With a little patience, some tasty treats, and gentle encouragement, he'll warm up and become your most devoted shadow. He's not a demanding dog, happy to simply be by your side, enjoying affection in his calm and easygoing way. Peter is also very socially aware around other dogs, preferring those who are equally respectful. He's shown he can be around cats and will do fine with proper introductions.
Ideal Home
Peter would thrive in an apartment or a home with a yard, as long as he's with his people. He'd do best with a patient person or family who understands that building trust takes time. He may also do well with slightly older, more understanding children who can match his calm energy and gentle nature.
Ongoing Health
Peter is a healthy boy!
Training & Support
Peter walks nicely on leash and enjoys exploring. He's generally a low-key companion who enjoys peaceful living.
