Franklin

Franklin is a darling 11-month-old Lab mix male, weighing around 42 pounds. He's a gentle soul who is still learning about the world, as he's never lived inside a home before. Everyday things like appliances and sudden noises can be a bit startling for him, but with patience and time, he's gaining confidence and learning that household sounds are okay. He's not the type of dog to immediately jump for attention, but he's a fun fluffball in the play yard and is eager to become a loyal companion.

Ideal Home

Franklin would thrive in a calm environment with a patient owner who can help him gain confidence at his own pace. He's good around cats and enjoys the company of other dogs, so a canine sibling would be wonderful, though he can also entertain himself with toys. He is patient with children and might do best with older kids.

Ongoing Health

Franklin is vaccinated, neutered, and micro-chipped.

Training & Support

Franklin is learning how to live amongst people and needs guidance to build his confidence. He walks pretty well on a leash for a puppy and enjoys car rides.
