Hi there! My name is Leah, but my foster mom affectionately calls me Yoda because I have wonderfully independent ears! I'm a large, adult female American Staffordshire Terrier mix with a heart full of love to give. I'm a super smart and well-behaved girl. I'm already crate trained, house broken, and walk beautifully on a leash. Car rides are a blast, and I make an excellent co-pilot! When it comes to chew toys, I'm a pro – I only go for toys designed for aggressive chewers and leave everything else alone.

I absolutely love the outdoors and playing with my foster canine brother. I'm also respectful of my older foster canine sister, giving her space when she needs to snooze. I have impeccable house manners and my favorite place to be is right by your side. I can be a little shy at first, but I warm up quickly and adore attention. I take direction well and am very food motivated, though I do need gentle encouragement when receiving treats! I'm so excited to meet you and hope we can become best friends.

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a home where I can be by your side. I enjoy playing with other dogs and am respectful of older dogs.

I am house-trained and crate-trained. I am very food motivated and take direction well. Please remember to offer treats gently.
