Rosie

Rosie is a sweet lady in her golden years, looking for the comfiest couch to call home. Rosie is somewhere between 10-13 years old, and she acts like it! This lady loves to snooze in the sun, snooze on a couch, or snooze in a fluffy dog bed - she's pretty happy to wake up for mealtimes as well!

Rosie is good with other dogs, though she prefers older ones who leave her to her business. She is happy to accept love, pets, and cuddles from her humans, but doesn't really require much more than that. She is generally quiet, but you'll know she's part beagle once she's got an opinion to share!

Ideal Home

A comfy corner for this lady to spend her golden years. Rosie is not the biggest fan of young puppies.

Ongoing Health

Due to her advanced age, the vet recommended to forego dental surgery, but a good oral care food has helped her chompers get a little cleaner. Rosie is spayed, up to date on vaccination, and had good bloodwork.

Training & Support

Rosie is mostly potty trained with a little guidance. Being an older lady, she may use a pee pad in the middle of the night. She keeps to herself and generally stays out of stuff, so she has not required crating while in foster care.
