Lucy

Meet Lucy, a charming yellow Lab mix born around January 12, 2026. Lucy is the perfect blend of playful energy and snuggly affection. She absolutely adores her time spent wrestling and zooming with her foster siblings, both canine and feline. Her friendly nature with dogs and cats makes her a wonderful addition to many different households.

When it's time to wind down, Lucy's favorite spot is curled up on the couch, enjoying sweet snuggles with her people. She's already mastered potty training and crate training, and she even loves to sleep with her humans at night. Lucy has been a delightful part of her foster family, and they are confident she will bring the same measure of joy, love, and laughter to her forever home.

Ideal Home

Lucy thrives in a home where she can play and cuddle with her family. She's already shown she gets along wonderfully with dogs and cats, making her a versatile companion.

Ongoing Health

Lucy is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, including rabies. She has also been de-wormed, microchipped, and received flea and tick preventative. Her adoption fee covers her spay/neuter surgery, which will be performed at our vet in Libertyville. If adopted before the procedure, you'll be required to bring her back to our vet within 30 days for the surgery.

Training & Support

Lucy is already potty trained and crate trained. She also enjoys sleeping with her humans at night. A reminder for all puppy parents: puppies require consistent daytime attention, including frequent potty breaks, playtime, socialization, and sometimes a mid-day meal. Please consider your daily schedule before applying.
