Myla watches everything with bright, thoughtful eyes like she's trying to learn the rhythm of your life as quickly as possible. Call her name from across the yard and she spins around instantly, trotting back with that soft little tail wag that says she's genuinely proud of herself. And when the excitement of the day is over, you'll often find her stretched out flat like a little frog, legs kicked out behind her in the funniest platypus pose imaginable.
Myla has the kind of responsive, eager-to-please personality that makes everyday life with her feel easy and deeply rewarding. She's already learned basic commands, has excellent recall, and pays close attention to the people around her, always seeming to ask, "What are we doing next?" But what really stands out is her gentle warmth. She leans into affection quietly, follows her people from room to room, and settles nearby with the calm contentment of a dog who's finally discovered safety and kindness. Myla also absolutely loves other dogs and naturally falls into beautiful pack dynamics. You'll notice how comfortably she mirrors calm canine energy, curls up beside another dog for naps, and happily joins whatever the group is doing.

Transporation
Myla is available for transport to Long Island (West Islip area), serving adopters throughout Long Island and the greater New York area. Most adopters are within a 1 to 2 hour drive of our transport meetup. Pickup logistics are arranged at adoption.
