Hi there, I'm Flash! I'm a 36-pound bundle of love, a mix of Labrador and Whippet, and I'm so ready to find my forever family. My journey here was a bit ruff – I ran away from a bad situation, and when a kind lady found me and tried to bring me back, they didn't want me anymore! Can you believe it? Thankfully, she took me in and is helping me find a home where I'll be cherished.

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a special home, ideally with a woman who can help me feel safe and loved. I'm a bit wary of men right now because of my past experiences, but with patience and kindness, I know I can learn to trust. I'd absolutely love to have another dog friend to play with in a securely fenced yard where I can really stretch my legs and zoom around! Because I'm still learning to trust, I think it's best if there are no young children in the home.

I'm a healthy boy and haven't had any major health issues.

Training & Support

I do bark out of fear when I encounter new people, especially men, but with gentle guidance and positive reinforcement, I'm confident we can work through this. I'm a super sweet boy who adores cuddling once I feel comfortable and safe. I also get along famously with cats!
