Suki is a 2-year-old Westie mix, weighing about 19 pounds. She came to us from the Weslaco shelter with her friends Clover and Juno. While her beginnings were a bit tough, Suki's gentle spirit truly shines. She can be a little shy at first, but once she feels safe and secure, her sweetness will capture your heart. Suki is the perfect pup to curl up with on the couch for cuddles and companionship. Her calm personality and affectionate nature make her a wonderful addition to any family, ready to bring warmth and love into your home. She has long legs, making her an excellent walking buddy! Ongoing Health

Suki is heartworm negative and Chagas positive. She has begun treatment for Chagas, which is completely curable. Dogs can go on to live long and happy lives after treatment. We are committed to testing all dogs in our care for Chagas and have seen measurable success with our treatment protocol.
