Rosie is a 7-month-old, 28 lb. Lab/Pit Bull mix who is a survivor of an abusive and neglected puppyhood. She is a mild-mannered girl looking for a special person who can help her learn to trust and gain confidence. For the short time she's been in foster care, she's made wonderful progress! Rosie now greets her foster mom in the morning, walks well on a leash, and is 75% housebroken. She has absolutely no aggression, even when fearful, and is very good with other dogs, who help her come out of her shell. With patience and encouragement, Rosie will undoubtedly bond for life and be your most loyal companion.

Rosie needs a patient and devoted individual or family who can provide her with structure and a secure environment to help her build confidence.

Rosie has been spayed and vaccinated.
