This little pirate has already lived through more than any dog ever should.

Jack Sparrow is a 1-year-old Jack Russell Terrier/ Yorkie mix who was found begging for scraps near a food stand, just trying to survive. Instead of receiving kindness, someone cruelly kicked him in the face, causing a devastating injury to his eye.

Thankfully, his story didn't end there.

Today, Jack Sparrow is safe, healed, and thriving. Although he lost one of his eyes, it hasn't slowed him down one bit. He is full of life, endlessly curious, playful, and ready to make you laugh every single day. His missing eye is simply part of his story not what defines him.
