Max is a handsome 6-year-old, 71 lb Akita/Husky mix with one bright blue eye and a heart full of love to give. He's a neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated boy who is also fully house-trained, with no accidents in his foster home. Max is a truly intelligent and obedient dog who is eager to learn and very perceptive of the people around him. He already knows many commands and enjoys working with his person, quickly forming strong bonds once he feels safe and comfortable. Once his trust is earned, his calm, happy, and playful personality truly shines. Max enjoys walks, exploring new places, and car rides. He also has a sweet side and loves to carry his favorite toys, like his duck, avocado, and little mouse. Max thrives with routine and enjoys relaxing in his crate after his adventures. He may be a bit shy initially, but with patience and understanding, he becomes a loyal and devoted companion, rewarding his person with a lifetime of affection.
