Ronin and Yuri

Meet Ronin and Yuri, a bonded pair of incredible dogs who have survived so much and stayed loyal to each other through it all. They dream of a home with space to run; a ranch, farm, or large property would be perfect. Ronin was rescued in Bucerias and is a sweet, happy, toy-obsessed pup who even knows how to shake a paw. He is great with people but unpredictable with other dogs, except Yuri, his best friend. Yuri was abandoned near the shelter and arrived sick but is now fully recovered. She is a quiet, gentle girl who can be timid at first, but with patience, she blossoms. She is smart, trainable, and loves the water. There is a reduced adoption fee for adopting them together.

Ideal Home

A spacious ranch, farm, or large property where they have plenty of room to roam and run. They are not recommended for homes with cats or young children.

Ongoing Health

Yuri arrived sick but is now fully recovered.

Training & Support

Ronin can be unpredictable with other dogs, so he will need continued socialization and guidance. Yuri may be timid at first and will benefit from patient training.

• Please inquire about the adoption fee; there will be a reduced fee for adopting them together.
• Approved adopters will be matched with flight companions (flight angels) traveling from Puerto Vallarta.

Transportation

Our rescue is located near Bucerias, Mexico. We adopt the majority of our dogs to the US and Canada. Approved adopters will meet their new pups at the airport to welcome them home. During the summer months, if a Canadian flight angel is unavailable, dogs may need to fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border.
