Nell is a 5-year-old, neutered male Pitbull mix who weighs 58 pounds. He was found tied in a backyard before arriving at a county shelter in Houston, Texas, where he was at risk of euthanasia. Thankfully, a foster home stepped up to care for this sweet soul, and now he's ready to find his forever family!
Nell is an easygoing best friend who loves both playtime and cuddle time. He has effortlessly settled into his foster home and is everyone's favorite laid-back companion. He enjoys playing with other dogs, ranging from tiny pups to larger adults, and is happy to relax beside them once playtime is over. While he doesn't need another dog to be happy, he would certainly enjoy having a furry sibling.
Nell is incredibly affectionate and loves being close to his humans. He has been wonderful with children, greets new people with a wagging tail, and remains calm and friendly even when visitors arrive. He'll alert you if someone is outside, but once he meets them, he's all smiles. Nell is fully house-trained and has impeccable crate manners, resting quietly and sleeping through the night. He also rides beautifully in the car.
Ideal Home
Nell would thrive in almost any loving home, whether with a family, a couple, or a single adopter. He'd be happy as an only dog or alongside canine siblings. Nell is excited to be part of your adventures or cozy afternoons on the couch.
Ongoing Health
Nell is neutered.
