Hagrid - I'm a tri pawd

I may only have 3 legs, but I promise I have 4x the love to give! My name is Hagrid, and I'm a 3-year-old Doodle mix who recently had to have my front leg amputated due to an old, untreated injury. It wasn't my fault, but I'm not letting it define me! I'm healing, strong, and a sweet, incredibly happy boy who can still run, play, cuddle, and love just like any other dog. I don't feel sorry for myself, so you don't have to either! I'm as sweet as they come and absolutely love other dogs. I'm just looking for someone who sees past what I'm missing and notices everything I still have to offer – a loyal heart, a gentle soul, and a lifetime of devotion. All I need is a soft place to land and someone willing to give a "tripod" a chance. Could that someone be you?

Ideal Home

I would thrive in a home with a fenced yard where I can set my own pace for exercise. While I'm great at navigating stairs, for my long-term health, a home with no or minimal stairs is preferred. I love other dogs, but because I'm unaware of my size, it's best for my canine friends to be 25 lbs or larger. I also prefer a home with no cats, as I tend to chase and bark at them.
