Nollie

Nollie is a sweet female Weimaraner, approximately 6 years old, who has overcome a truly harrowing past. She was found underweight and emaciated, having been left outside without adequate shelter, food, or water. Despite the immense hardship she endured, Nollie has shown incredible resilience and a loving nature towards our volunteers, happily accepting all the positive attention. She is crate trained and rides well in a crate, making travel easier. Nollie will be spayed and receive a gastropexy as soon as our veterinary team deems her medically ready.

Ideal Home

Due to past experiences, Nollie developed some aggression towards her former housemate. We are currently assessing if she would do best as an only pet. We are still learning about her interactions with other dogs, cats, and children, so we will update this section as we gather more information.

Ongoing Health

Nollie is currently underweight and is receiving care to help her regain a healthy weight. She will also be spayed and receive a gastropexy once medically cleared by our vet team.

Training & Support

Nollie is crate trained and enjoys riding in a crate. We are still assessing her house-training status. Given her past, she may need patience and understanding as she continues to build confidence and trust.
