Hank is a young, playful, and very sweet boy who is fully potty trained and gets along wonderfully with other animals. He absolutely adores dogs of all sizes and would love a canine companion to share his days with. Hank is also great with cats and children, making him a versatile addition to many types of households!
He enjoys his walks, playing outside, visiting the dog park, and cuddling up for movie nights. He also loves a good bone to chew on! Hank is learning to play fetch, though he gets so excited when praised that he often drops the ball, which is just part of his charming personality.
Hank has tracheal collapse, so he needs to wear a harness instead of a collar. He walks beautifully on a leash with his harness and isn't a big puller. He's not overly high-energy; a good walk or some playtime with another dog is usually enough to tire him out.
Hank also experiences separation anxiety. He is making excellent progress with a consistent routine and dedicated support, and his foster is able to leave him alone on workdays. He does best when not kenneled. He is truly the sweetest little guy and would make a wonderful addition to a loving family. A wonderful family has generously sponsored Hank's adoption fee, so there is no fee to adopt him!
