About Honey Pot

Meet Honey Pot, a delightful 7-month-old Australian Shepherd mix who embodies her name with a sweet and gentle disposition. Weighing around 40 pounds, her beautiful honey-colored coat is just as lovely as her personality. Honey Pot was rescued from a high-kill shelter, and now she's ready for a loving family to give her the second chance she truly deserves.

Ideal Home

Honey Pot is a kind and submissive girl who enjoys the company of other dogs and is happy to follow their lead. She's also done well with children and has shown no issues with cats. She even ignores livestock, making her a versatile fit for many different households. While she may be a little shy initially with new people, a little patience and kindness will quickly reveal her loyal and affectionate nature.

Ongoing Health

At approximately seven months old, Honey Pot is still a puppy with plenty of playful energy, but she also possesses a calm and gentle demeanor. She travels with her age-appropriate vaccinations, and any further medical needs will be discussed during the adoption process.

Training & Support

Honey Pot is a well-behaved young dog who generally gets along with everyone. Her only need is for you to be patient with her as she warms up to new people. Her desire to be safe and loved will make her a wonderful companion.
