Melody is a bright and beautiful 6-month-old Rat Terrier mix looking for a special home that understands her needs and can help her continue to grow into a confident, well-balanced pup. She absolutely adores playing and would thrive with older children, 10 years and up, who can match her playful energy while also respecting her boundaries. Melody is a smart girl who enjoys having free range around the house and wants to be an active part of her family's daily routine. She's okay in her crate, but her preference is definitely to be near her people and roaming alongside them. Melody is a structured dog and will do best with an adopter who can provide consistency, routine, and clear guidance.

Melody would thrive in a home with another calm, laid-back older dog sibling who can help guide her and keep her company. She would do best with kids over 10 years old.
