Tink

Meet Tink, a gorgeous, petite, tri-color hound mix with beautiful eyes and a sweet, playful personality. At one year old and about 30 pounds, she is energetic, inquisitive, affectionate, friendly, and quickly warms up to new people. She enjoys meeting people and dogs, exploring nature, playing with toys, earning treats, and curling up on the couch after an adventure. Tink came from a shelter in southern Virginia and is currently fostered in Columbia, Maryland.

Ideal Home

Tink would thrive with an active family who can provide plenty of exercise and outdoor adventures. A fenced yard would be a plus. She gets along well with cats and dogs and is reported to do well with children under eight. She is an excellent car traveler and enjoys being petted on her head and chin, with the occasional belly rub.

Ongoing Health

Tink is vaccinated and spayed/neutered.

Training & Support

Tink is house-trained and sleeps calmly in her crate at night. She is learning basic commands and patience, and she is still working on leash walking because she may pull while stopping to sniff. She does not howl and only occasionally barks.
