Victor is a 1-year-old, 56 lb bundle of love with long legs, big floppy ears, and the sweetest brown eyes you've ever seen. If you know Marmaduke, you'll get the picture—goofy, lovable, and impossible not to smile at!
This handsome boy has a medium energy level and strikes the perfect balance between playful and cuddly. He enjoys a good romp with squeaky toys, rope toys, or an occasional game of fetch—but he's just as happy soaking up affection and leaning into you for love. One of Victor's cutest quirks? His signature “hug”—he'll gently wrap his paws around you like he's been waiting all day just to be close.
Victor is fully vetted, neutered, heartworm negative, and crate trained, leash trained, and house trained. He's also a proud member of the “treat junkie” club and is highly food-motivated, which makes him fun and easy to bond with.
His story started off a little rough—Victor and his sister found themselves on the euthanasia list at just a few months old. Thankfully, they were given a second chance. His sister has already found her forever home, and now it's Victor's turn. He's grown into a healthy, happy boy who's ready to give his whole heart to a family of his own.
Ideal Home
Victor would do best in a home with a younger, active family and kids elementary age and up, simply because he loves to greet his people with gentle hugs. He's not overly wild—just full of love and doesn't quite realize his size yet!
