Tundra is going to be your biggest, bestest friend! If you're looking for a large dog companion, Tundra is your boy. He's a stunning young fellow with a sleek black coat and beige markings. He has already completed 6 weeks of professional training to work on socialization and basic commands, and he's a quick learner who bonds strongly with his people. Tundra would thrive with an adopter who understands and appreciates structure, discipline, and the beauty of a strong communication with their dog.
He's great with other dogs who enjoy a high-energy playmate and is also respectful of smaller, lower-energy dogs. He's even wonderful with the pet pig in his current foster home! Tundra loves toys and balls and enjoys snuggling on the couch for movie time. He is crate trained and potty trained with doggy doors, though he will need time to adjust to a new schedule in a home without them.
Ideal Home
We prefer a family with older children. Tundra is a protective boy and would benefit from a handler who can guide him in unfamiliar situations and understand his cues when he is uncomfortable.
